Kyde will be pushing for medical malpractice to become a high crime, proposing severe fines and up to 25 years of jail time. He’ll be generally neutral on capital punishment for any crimes, though he’ll lean less in favour of it towards the latter half of the meeting.

During break times, he’ll be talking with other members, and even people outside the guild about issues they might be having acquiring funding, resources, published documentation, lab space, etc. and how to go forward. Despite his usual casual nature, he appears to be taking this seriously, and though his notes seem messy, they are extremely thorough.
