Wally takes the hand without thinking. At least he wasn't that bad with how the teasing had gone. He just rolls over and gets to his feet, rubbing at the back of his head. He takes another moment (and it's just a second this time), to remember what had led to his crash. The "comeback" statement starts to clarify things, though... and he frowns, just a little.

Then it's gone as Wally crosses his arms and looks off kind of smugly.

"Yeah, you'd be lucky if I were dating you in that universe of yours, anyway." He's gonna be okay, definitely.
