He wants nothing more than to go home and hide, but something has taken over his limbs and carries him along the streets—seeking something, from the way his gaze shoots rapidly from one thing to the next, but he hasn't the faintest idea what. A kedan of the city police tries to stop him, but to Henry's horror, his own hand reaches out and delivers a scorching burn to the kedan's throat.
