CROWD CONTROL [closed to group]
Characters: The teams detailed here under the Crowd Control mission.
Location: Metal Sector
Situation: Two gangs are having a turf war, and Evandau has activated response teams to handle the conflict.
Warnings: Some violence to be expected, potential character death if anyone goes that route. This will be updated if anything changes.
OOC DETAILS:
>Evandau is activating this group at about 1800 'local turtle' time.
>Feel free to set up a 'starter thread' for your characters. Not everyone is going to be active and fighting in the same places, so feel free to move around and tag other people! Both actionspam and prose are welcome; please feel free to specify which you'd prefer in your subject lines.
>Remember, the kedan NPCs are sort of yours to move about and control. If you'd like your character to be in a fight with one, feel free! That sort of thing doesn't need any mod input or interventioned.
METAL SECTOR:
Evandau mobilizes this group around 1800, and by then the Sector is already burning. Buildings have been destroyed; people are fighting in and amidst a great deal of debris and smoke. Civilians are rushing about, panicked and frightened and undoubtedly getting in your way. Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to try and protect the civilians and take down the two gangs. Disciples of the Long Night Crew and the Avengers of Evastelei are going head to head, and it falls to the foreigner population to contain them as much as possible.
Good luck, ladies, gentlemen, red pandas. It's going to be a long night.

A strong sense of duty it is that has him there from the moment he hears of it until the last bit of ash settles to the ground. He fights the disciples of each gang and shows no hesitation in allying with other Foreigners. For an old red panda, he is spry and swift in combat, displaying years of Kung Fu mastery.

...Admittedly they are less soft than Metrocity residents but that is neither here nor there.
Megamind is using the dehydration setting of his gun when necessary and oh how he wished he had some of his bigger equipment around - the watch was still slightly glitchy after its dunk and the DE-gun - while ne of his finest inventions - wasn't made for full scale combat. He needed his battle suit to crush this rebellion and make them all his slaes and --

Surely he is not imagining them there? Surely this is no technique which multiplies his opponent, designed to confuse him? Ah, but perhaps it is -- and if it is, it is a commendable show of skill that he readies himself to combat, turning aside one opponent with his staff while kicking at another.
Then, he spies a third and launches into the air, performing a perfect somersault to come down upon his shoulders and--
ZAP.
The kedan disappears, a small block remaining of his landing zone and he must commit a tumble before landing upright, ears flicked forward as he stares upon the terrifyingly destructive capabilities displayed here. It is... no. The Weapon? It cannot be!]
You? Just-- Mighty?
[He stares at Megamind, aghast. It appears that 'clones' are not his only source of power, but--]
How? How did you obtain the weapon? Where are you hiding it? [Po had destroyed it and surely no other worlds had something so terrifying?]

[He struts a little, and shuffles all the little cubes into a pile for the DO-GOODERS to collect later.]

[This show of surprise is unexpected, but not enough to stop Shifu from gaping at the tremendous(ly handsome) evil Megamind. Surely, this is a ploy to distract him. Many have tried in the past, but never have they done so when wielding such a powerful cousin to the Weapon -- obviously what it must be, for it is smaller and that much more devastating.]

And, despite the shock, Shifu is aware when a kedan rises up beside him to strike, leaping up off his staff and using it to deliver a resounding smack on the head before landing in the same position, eyes still on Korra.]

After a stomp on the ground, a wall of rock and concrete juts up from the floor, knocking several of the group back and making it harder for the guys to get them. ]
