Situation: Infiltration of the duchy of Castis in an attempt to discover Malicant's hidden agent. Also, raids.

The mission command itself had been simple: find Malicant's agent in Castis. The dossier itself had contained further details, along with suggestions and information on the state of the duchy of Castis. Five of them assembled together to complete it, and with open door to the treasury to fund whatever supplies they might have needed for it.

All in all, shouldn't be too difficult, right?

Everyone wakes on the 23rd with a feeling of peace upon their mind. It's hardly intrusive – reminiscent more of the comfort that comes when one curls up with a favourite blanket fresh out of the dryer. It seems that the actions of the Foreigners -- taken to aid during this time of crisis -- have had an effect and Tu Vishan is offering this in thanks... along with a surge of life and vitality to both the turtle and its citizens.

Reid is a behavioural analyst with the FBI and he tends to use body language and linguistic cues to 'profile' other characters. Obviously this is an ability that tends towards 'hugely infomoddy' so I like to keep things above the board whenever possible.

Situation: Tu Vishan has made landfall at the port city Atam! See for details.

You disembark from Tu Vishan to a clean, well-kempt port. There are a fair amount of ships here, and though they're dwarfed in size and scope by Tu Vishan, miraculously none are capsized. Everything is almost militaristically organized, and there are officials posted at intervals along Tu Vishan's docked side checking paperwork as people disembark (said paperwork is official documentation of your character's stay in Keeliai, it will be delivered to your character's suite a few days before they make landfall) It's standard procedure, they explain. There will be a mandatory quarantine period of up to twelve hours for anyone trying to gain access to the portside city of Atamsichar. This quarantine involves your character being stripped, hosed down, their blood tested and a period of isolation while their bloodtests are checked for anything particularly nasty. Rest assured, unless you've been engaging in sex with corpses, you're probably fine.

OOC: Please note that you are still welcome to do open/closed logs with your characters. We've provided this party-style log for those that would like to mingle without worrying about their own logs.

As soon as he finished talking with Percy, Victor took a few moments to think before getting moving. He left a note for Santo saying he'd be back later and camo'd up to travel. His destination was the Earth Sector building that was being used as the headquarters for the team of teenaged heroes Victor was a part of. Once he arrived, he sent a message to Steph asking her to come meet him there and stressing that it was important.

He's waiting up in the meeting room, leaning against a wall as he waits. In his X-uniform, he's got a bag with him and is keeping it close. Arms crossed, he's got one finger tapping against his arm as he waits. He's not impatient, just needing to get a little energy out.
