Situation: Cinna extends an invitation to the Foreigners in the wake of Eshai's death.
Warnings/Rating: E for everyone. I'll attach warnings as (if) they show up.

The first few moments when he woke were usually the calmest. He didn't suffer nightmares, and in his dreams he forgot the memories that haunted him when he was awake. Sleep was empty for Cinna, an escape from all the fear and anxiety of the day. And for the most part, he was able to hold onto that peace until he woke up. Until he remembered to be afraid.

This morning, though, he woke to an unfamiliar, heavy sadness. It wasn't his own, but that didn't make it any less crushing. Even when it subsided, the memory lingered, until the announcement over the network of Eshai's death. Cinna sat before his console, looking as calm as ever. The feeling of security that had replaced the despair was something he'd personally needed, and it made it easier to sit in front of people and talk.

"After the satellite crashed, and things got chaotic --" that was the politic description -- "I set up a shelter for everyone fighting or fleeing the spectres. I know this isn't the same, but it's still a lot to process, for all of us. If anyone wants to talk, or just not to be alone, you're welcome to come by my suite in the Earth sector."

He couldn't quite motivate himself to leave his home, even with Asti buffering him. But the offer was sincere. He couldn't fight, but maybe he could offer some comfort. Now, it was just a matter of seeing if anyone took him up on the offer.

Situation: During the street fair (and in some cases, prior to that) several characters comissioned outfits from Cinna. Now's the time to pick them up ~~and spin around in circles like a pretty pretty princess~~. Open to anyone who ordered a commission, anyone who wants to place an order, or anyone who has reason to be in Alcuin's shop. Basically anyone.

Location: The garden warehouse building in Earth sector.

Situation: General open interaction between characters involved in the plot, to allow them to run into each other. Closed threads perfectly welcome, too, of course. Handwave past CR or start something new! Some suggested scenarios for open set ups might be: someone else teaching them how things work, making a mistake and needing help, wandering into the building to see what's going on, griping about sanitization in the locker rooms, etc. etc. Go wild, I am totally cool with everyone making stuff up about the setting as they want!

Everyone wakes on the 23rd with a feeling of peace upon their mind. It's hardly intrusive – reminiscent more of the comfort that comes when one curls up with a favourite blanket fresh out of the dryer. It seems that the actions of the Foreigners -- taken to aid during this time of crisis -- have had an effect and Tu Vishan is offering this in thanks... along with a surge of life and vitality to both the turtle and its citizens.
