Characters: Cinna and Inara
Date: Vaguely scheduled between Cinna's arrival and before the spectres
Location: Cinna's suite.
Situation: Inara asked Cinna to do some sketches for her when he first arrived.
Warnings/Rating: G, no applicable warnings thus far.
Despite everything, he's still not getting out much. People have been understanding, and it's not like anyone ever needs him for much, here. He just likes to be close to home, where he has -- at least some small kernel of comfort.
Having a project to work on has helped, too. He actually prepared several sketches for her, ideas of what he thought she might like, complete with fabric swatches he'd pulled from the shop when he visited Alcuin. Until he met Inara, he wouldn't know exactly what she needed. But he had a good idea, and a solid start for his first commission.
