Situation: Bakura says he knows who killed him
Warnings/Rating: idk language and stuff, mentions of death
Costigan hadn't admit to his requesting of Evandau to be housed with Bakura. It was a way to keep a closer eye on the guy without seeming like he was trying to be too close to him. For all intents and purposes, it was pure chance that put them together - or the Emperor's vendetta, not his. It could be annoying at times, truth be told, but there was a certain advantage in being able to see the other man quickly and easily. This time was no exception.
Shortly after the message arrived in his inbox, the undercover sat back and ran a hand through his hair. Shit. If Bakura knew who killed him, he wondered if that meant someone else on the turtle was dead too. And if they weren't, was Costigan willing to stand aside and let them be? Hell, would he help? The Bostonian tried not to think too much about it.
"What, you can't knock?" He teased as he arrived at Bakura's door, down the hall from his own. The man's choosing to use his inbox instead of popping down the hall might be telling, or convenience. It was hard to say. Either way, the former undercover was happy to give him shit for it.
