Situation: It's the fourth day of the Welcome Festival and it's time to swing from the trees!
Warnings/Rating: Fun and frolicking continues! To be updated if actual warnable material occurs.

OOC Details:
>The IC festivities begin at dawn and close two hours after sunset, at which point the kedan clean up the Sector while the next is being prepared.
