Location: Keeliai and all outlying areas
Situation: Tu Vishan experiences a boost in health and thanks each citizen with a calming mood and tropical waters.
Warnings/Rating: None at posting; please note content warnings in subject lines

Everyone wakes on the 23rd with a feeling of peace upon their mind. It's hardly intrusive – reminiscent more of the comfort that comes when one curls up with a favourite blanket fresh out of the dryer. It seems that the actions of the Foreigners -- taken to aid during this time of crisis -- have had an effect and Tu Vishan is offering this in thanks... along with a surge of life and vitality to both the turtle and its citizens.

Characters: Éponine Thénardier and Open!.
Date: April 6.
Location: The Wood Sector.
Situation: Éponine arrives in Tu Vishan, and her first order of business is to wander around the Wood Sector, completely confused, but eventually, said confusion gives way to a bit of curiosity. She'll be bemused for the most part, but Thénardiers are a bit like cats in that they can land on their feet.
Warnings/Rating: PG-13 for possible references to past violence. I'll be starting with prose, but I'm flexible about formatting.

Situation: Katniss is trying to take her mind off Peeta by doing everything.
Warnings/Rating: PG for potential mentions of violence/torture

Location: Shell Edge, not far from the turtle's head.
Situation: Destressing by the sea.
Warnings/Rating: Nothing yet, TBA. Prose or brackets is fine!

Date: 19th Feb to early March
Location: Steph's suite, mostly, but a couple other places
Situation: Steph used "sulk on my own", it isn't very effective
Warnings/Rating: A moping Batgirl, will update as necessary.
Notes: Everyone has a threadstarter, which are in chronological order

Characters: Will LaMontagne, and OPEN
Date: Feb. 10
Location: Building EA-1C, Earth Sector, then wider places in the city. (Making a loop around the center of the city, kinda slipping in and out of different sectors.)
Situation: Will is wounded, without painkillers, and needs help.
Warnings/Rating: Descriptions of pain, injuries, mention of kidnapping and abduction.
