Situation: Enjolras and Ferre go on a Date. Perhaps things will happen afterwards. Who knows?

[Over time, it was plain to see that the citizens of Keeliai didn't really care in the slightest about whom was in love with whom. So it had gradually become somewhat common knowledge that Combeferre and Enjolras were seeing each other, some of the friendlier kedan at the clinic and in the streets teasing him from time to time. Due to their comments -- and, well, wanting to spend time with Enjolras -- Combeferre had made some preparations.

There had been dinner, somewhat expertly cooked by him. (Well, there were no explosions, anyhow.) Now, discussion, or perhaps a walk, or whatever they felt like doing. Likely, it would be a mixture of the two. In any case, he is giving Enjolras a small, warm smile and an inquisitive look.]

Well. What would you like to do, my dear?

Really, exposure to you HAS been beneficial for me [Which he is returning quite thoroughly himself, adding a bit of a nuzzle there.] in addition to the obvious ways you've rubbed off on me. [He's not quite smirking that others would notice but it's likely Combeferre will get the intent anyway.] You HAVE taught me something of critical thinking as well.

[philosophe]

[There is a grin from him there, fleeting, and he moves to offer Enjolras a hand up from the snow.]

You are welcome, I am pleased to have taught you so many things, my dear.

[solo_patria]

[There is a moment, just one, when Enjolras debates tugging Combeferre down into the snow with him, but, given his smile, it suddenly seems that there are many better things to do instead.]

And so you have. [And he's accepting the hand easily, far more than he would have for anyone but Combeferre, even now.]

And made me all the happier for that.

[philosophe]

Mmm. [There's a nod, and a friendly squeeze of Enjolras' hand, there.] Shall we perhaps move this somewhere a bit warmer?

[solo_patria]

I would like that very much indeed.

[Enjolras is squeezing back, and there's a hint of ...something sparking there in his eyes.]

It IS much colder than I had anticipated. We may need to seek other measures to warm up properly again.

[philosophe]

Oh, indeed. Thankfully I know quite a few of them.

[solo_patria]

Somehow, it seems that you know nearly everything. Perhaps we should experiment with some of them.

[philosophe]

If you are willing to, most certainly.

[solo_patria]

Oh quite. I do wish to...ah...

[It's not that speaking of this is awkward, really, but that Enjolras has such a limited understanding of navigating in this area that it still gives him pause in speech.]

Well, to become closer to you. Intimate. I...perhaps this is better discussed at home. It does seem the timing would be right.

[philosophe]

[There's a small chuckle, and he is tugging Enjolras back in the general direction of their apartments.]

Perhaps it is best not discussed at all, my love.

[solo_patria]

[Enjolras's expression, as they head back, is one of completely deceptive innocence.]

Perhaps not in actual words, no.

[philosophe]

Exactly my thoughts. [And assuming they return to their apartments without incident, Combeferre will likely be pressing him up against a wall as soon as they make it safely indoors. Away from any nosy dragons.]

[solo_patria]

[Which is something Enjolras is only too happily content to see through, and join in on, personally glad that said dragons aren't learning of any details..]

[philosophe]

[Excellent. Do enjoy that hungry kiss, Enjolras. Etienne certainly is.]

[solo_patria]

[If the gaspy moan into the kiss is any indication, Enjolras is certainly enjoying it, along with the way he's sliding a little closer in there.]

[philosophe]

[Combeferre is just pulling back a bit to smile at him.] I am glad we returned here.

[solo_patria]

As am I. Much too cold outside after all.

My desire to explore winter is, of course, much negated by my desire to properly warm up.

[And he's returning that smile there, and nuzzling Combeferre a little.]

[philosophe]

Well, I hope I am doing an adequate job.

[solo_patria]

I should certainly say so, thus far. You've far surpassed my imagination in these matters, I will have you know.

[philosophe]

Oh, have I? Excellent. [But now is the time for another kiss, a bit more insistent.]

[solo_patria]

Quite.

[He'd never imagined he would enjoy this sort of thing for one, though he'd wanted to test the theory, and then he'd thought it would be a lot messier than it has turned out to be, and well. Neither of those being true bodes very well indeed, so that he's nodding, quite firmly, and melting into that kiss, against Combeferre.]

[philosophe]

[Combeferre has certainly done his best to be reassuring in these matters; taken it as slow as Enjolras wishes. For the moment, however, he's giving Enjolras a nuzzle and an entirely enraptured smile.]

You are wonderful.

[solo_patria]

[If the smile Combeferre is getting in return, and the light in Enjolras's eyes, hinting at something of the sublime, perhaps, are any indication, then he has certainly succeeded in that task.]

And how could I not be? You are with me.

[philosophe]

[That smile is certainly not changing.]

Mmm, well. Thank you.

[solo_patria]

Are you certain that you wish to say that SO early as that?

[Yeah, that smile? It's now a bit of a smirk.]

I'd hate for you to wear it out SO soon.
