His tools of the trade are a variety of blunt objects, vaguely reminiscent of sports equipment (the consequences of preferring to work with sports equipment on a giant turtle island) and a plain white mask. Well, those and his sparkling wit, obviously. There's a time and a place for that, though. Casey clears his throat.
"So, uh. I'm gonna go ahead and say I'm a way better front-door-breakin' guy than a sneakin' in back guy, if that's gonna make a difference?"

Steve nods to Casey when he speaks, and after a quick glance about the room, he straightens. "I am too. But we have to take into account that we don't know how many hostiles are going to be at each location. For the place my team goes into, I'll go in first. Take out as many as I can, hopefully without alerting them."
The last thing he wants is for them to get desperate and write off Lieuen before they've a chance of extracting him.

Otherwise he's a lot more likely to try to start busting skulls and thinking about it later. Works great on street thugs, but not so much hostile cults.

"We'll have everything squared away before we do any of this. Several contingency plans wouldn't hurt, either." If things don't work out? All the blame can be placed on him. Steve is ready to accept that burden.
"Whatever is done at the other two locations will have to play on the strengths of the other teams." He's not going to force someone else to potentially jump into the line of fire like he would, after all.
