Toby is a fellow resident of the outskirts of the dance floor. This will not stop him from commenting on Will's activities, or lack thereof.

Toby has a drink in hand as he sidles up to stand near Will. "The way you're floating about I might almost mistake you for one of the ghosts." Toby engages in people watching, his gaze not on Will even as he talks to him and stands beside him. He takes a sip of his drink. "Except for, you know, the whole human looking aspect."
