[Ancient or not, Bruce is kind of scary smart. And he knows Tim better than almost anyone.]

[He shrugs slightly, schooling his expression toward casual.]

I'm adjusting. [Slight smile.] I think Bart is out looking for a kiddie harness that would fit me.

[Bruce arches an eyebrow. Okay, so maybe he approves of giving the speedsters a hard time in return for all the headaches they've given him throughout the years.]

Lucky for you, you can outrun him, too.

[What Tim should be doing is taking advantage of the situation, to learn whatever he can about whatever other changes have happened. He snorts.]

Oh, there's a certain type of soup I've been craving. It's available in all the sectors, though, so finding it shouldn't be a problem. My only concern is that this magic may have somehow affected more than just people.

[Gosh, Bruce, give him a hard one sometime. He nods a little--it's not too hard to understand what Bruce wants, and it happens that he'd kind of like to have something to focus on when he's like this. It makes it a little easier to organize his thoughts.]
