[Percy tenses at another interruption, before forcing himself to relax again. He's the guy floating in the middle of a canal, not whoever this is. Obviously that's going to attract some attention.]

I'm fine. [And kind of rude. He grits his teeth for a second] This is my job. Cleaning the canals. It's okay. [Percy you are not cleaning anything right now]

[He gives her a flat look, before holding out a hand in the direction of a nearby canal wall. Water rises up around it and blasts towards the stone with extreme force, scouring away the gime] It's not like you can just dump a load of bubbles in here and hope for the best. It'd kill the fish.
