akitoCharacters: Wanijima Akito + OPEN
Date: March 10th
Location: all around Keeliai
Situation: delivering baked goods to choice people; trying to enjoy himself on his first birthday on Tu Vishan.

It takes Akito the better part of the day to make sure every cookie, cupcake, and letter were left with who they were intended. Starting with the Metal Sector, then Fire, then Water, then finding a Woodsman, heading to the Welcome Center, and then finally the Midnight Hotel.
Whenever queried as to why he's decided to give out these gifts, Akito will just laugh and explain it's an early White Day gift, meant to show he appreciates what they've done for him.
When he has no one left to visit, Akito lingers in the Hotel for a while longer. Finding a quiet, empty space he removes his jacket and takes one last cupcake out of his bag. It's a little squashed by now, and the icing somewhat melted, but it's still good for what it's meant to be.
Today he is twelve. Today he is seventeen. He doesn't feel any different from yesterday, or the day before.
Today he turns fifteen again.
He pulls out one tiny candle, places it in the cupcake, and lights it with a match.
When Akito blows out the candle he doesn't bother making a wish.
((ooc: GET YOUR COOKIES AND CUPCAKES AND LETTERS! 8D)-/ Feel free to have characters not receiving anything run into him during his deliveries. The same can go for characters who are receiving something, if you want them to run into him instead of the other way around! He won't be lingering for too long in the Hotel, but anyone is free bug him there before he leaves. OR DO WHATEVER YOU WANT, I'M CHILL WITH WHATEVS.))
