Yes- the Water Sector's nice enough, and it doesn't have the crime problems other sectors do.

Have you seen all the sectors yet?

You mean the gangs?

[ nico's heard of them, through snippets of conversation and quick glimpses that he's picked up through lurking in the shadows, but he's unaware of any context or significance they carry within the sectors. ]

Only Earth and Metal, so far. [ he'd only just found himself in water so not counting that one. ]

Exactly. There's none of them in the Water sector, and the sectors that have gangs... well, they're trouble for people who can't defend themselves.

Fire is beautiful- particularly at night, and Wood is- well, it's a bit like being in one enormous park.
