[Why is everyone always suspicious of the food Arthur brings? He just smiles slightly wryly at the look.] It's the kedan equivalent to sushi. No sea prunes, I promise.

[Arthur probably knows why Tony looks a little suspicious considering his response didn't need much prompting. Tony smirks at that bit of reassurance and leads him in. The apartment is a mess--maybe a little bit better than he's bad it in the past--but to Arthur it probably looks like Tony is almost intentionally going for a cluttered look.]

It'll still need some work, but this is a good place to start.

[He sets the box on a table absently and picks up a metal skeleton of a hand fitted with wires.]

Consider this more like a test piece. Just to get some readings. The real thing will be much better.

[Well, he suppose he can't blame him too much. Arthur does have a bit of a reputation for springing sea prunes on unsuspecting surfacers.

He doesn't seem to judge much on the surroundings and their organization, or lack thereof. His own place is nearly the opposite, clean and tidy and well decorated, but he also has a wife to do those things.]

I have no doubts. [He sounds slightly amused at that.] Let's get that input, then. [Arthur starts to unwrap the bandages around the stump of his wrist; it's healing nicely, and fairly quickly if you go by a human baseline, but the skin is still a bit raw and red beneath.]
