A low bark from Naga made Korra stop to look up at her animal companion.
"What?" Nothing seemed out of the ordinary, but Korra trusted the animal’s instincts and it only took a moment before a large black dog emerged right in front of her from seemingly nowhere.
Korra paced backwards in surprise and had her hands before her in a defensive stance, Naga growling warningly. It took her a moment to see that the creature wasn’t alone and she looked from the dog to the girl.
"Uh, hi?" She wasn’t sure what to do just then. It was the first time she’d ever seen a dog that size that wasn’t Naga, at least not a tame one. And she was really hoping that it was tame.
