Hayley kept silent on the matter of who did and did not deserve death. She wasn't entirely sure what Kon's views were but she suspected that they mirrored all the other heroes, that no one deserved to die regardless of their crimes and so on. It was something she never agreed with and she was trying to avoid that kind of fight right now.
