Situation: Wan takes Zuko to see Aang

[Wan followed the pull on his soul that he figured was most likely Aang. He still couldn't tell Aang and Korra apart from each other - and they both still just felt like him - but Korra didn't live in the Wood Sector like both Aang and Wan did. And the second tug on his soul was further out. The closer to Mu-Gai they got, the stronger that tug felt and he knew he'd chosen the right one to follow.

Wan trotted up to the door and knocked on it while he turned to look back at Zuko.]

He knows we're here... well, he knows I'm here, anyway. He should be down to see us pretty fast.

[He does his best to evade direct eyecontact.]

You're here because you want to talk to me about why I don't trust Zuko, right?

[Wan shook his head, then lowered his eyes when he realized Aang was just going to keep avoiding looking at him. He stood back up and poured a second cup of tea for them both before moving to put the teapot on the stove. He didn't turn it on, but if Aang wanted to warm it up later, he could do so easily.]

No. You both explained that pretty well already.

[He stilled for a moment, putting his hands on the counter and looking down at them.]

I can go if you want me to. I really wasn't trying to upset you more.

[He puts his face in his hands and sighs.]

I think I just need to meditate for a while.

[Aang is quiet as he gets to his feet.]

I'm going to go to the Turtle's Head for a little while. Do you want to come with me?

[raavashing]

If you don't mind the company.

[Wan's smile returned, though weakly.]

[He shakes his head, already moving towards where the thermos-containers are. Why yes he's bringing the tea, thank you very much.

Waste not, want not.]

Uh uh. I've missed having people to meditate with.

[raavashing]

[Wan wasn't familiar with the exact purpose of the thermos (or how they kept things hot), but he figured quickly enough that they were for carrying drinks. Once he got that idea down, he helped pack the tea up and then cleaned the metal pot out.]

You're the first human I've practiced it with. Raava helped me learn how before- well, this.

[The drinks were added to a small clay pot for carrying...and then to that pot some snacks were also added. Aang then got some cloth to tie the pot to the end of his glider staff, bindle style.]

At the Temples we started every morning with meditation. I didn't always like it, but looking back it was nice.

[When everything was gathered up, Wan was content to leave the carrying to Aang and follow him out of the house.]

You must have learned to do it really early on. It took me weeks to learn to clear my mind enough.

[Aang packs and moves like someone accustomed to packing and moving. Mostly because he is.]

I've been meditating for as long as I can remember. Air Nomads are dedicated to a temple when they're still babies. Monk Gyatso was my guardian and he's the one who brought me to the Southern Air Temple.
