February Catch All
Characters: Nelo Angelo/Vergil, and open!
Date: Throughout Febuary.
Location: Around the Shell, and Evidet.
Situation: Random things that Nelo Angelo does to pass time.
Warnings/Rating: No warnings.
Scrap yard
After aquiring a coat from the money from the scrap he had collected with Valdis when she found Revelations, he headed back out that way. Simply to look around more then anything else. The cold nipped at his face but it wasn't as bad as he expected it to be. He looked around, keeping Valdis' warning to not take too much in mind still. A little more money would be nice, since he was still a little worried about taking work from the Kedan after he got ripped off last time. It had been embarrassing to say the least, a knight of Mundus' army ripped off by a shop keeper.
Every now and then he would look up at the sky watching the snow fall, as if spacing out watching it. Snow was like rain to him, something he had heard of but not seen before coming to this world. It fascinated him. He would randomly hold a hand out to catch some of the falling flakes.
Marketplace
Having sold off more of the collected scrap, Nelo was walking around his hands in his pockets looking over items for sale. He avoided a certain shop of course, he didn't want to deal with anything that shop keep might have had to say. He was looking for more books in a language he could read, which was not exactly an easy thing.
He kept looking up to the rooftops wondering if any of the people he had met when he was people watching were around anywhere, and the kind dark haired girl who had been concerned over his headache. The people here were so kind at times he didn't know how to take it. It was strange but nice. He still expected the other shoe to drop soon, but he was hoping it didn't.
Midnight Hotel Lobby & Room
Making his way in after a long day of wandering the shell and Khatronma he shook some snow off his coat and out of his hair, kicking snow off his boots, he made his way inside. A couple things in a bag in his hand. He looked around when he entered, looking for Anton or Dante. If he saw either he would walk to them to at least say hello.
Otherwise, he made his way up the stairs to his room. This is where he spent most of his time. Either rereading the cook book he had bought or carefully practicing with the zweihänder blade, always super careful not to hit anything or make too much noise. He didn't want to let his skills weaken by idleness, but he had promised no violence in the hotel. So he had to be careful in these times.
Sometimes he just tried to sleep, and that was when Mundus seemed to invade his dreams, it was not really Mundus of course. He would wake in a panic and remember exactly why he should not be lowering his guard so much. It was a hard thing to keep on guard all the time wen people made it so easy to let them close. Mundus was a good reminder of why he couldn't allow himself to be soft like that. It was never a good idea.
Midnight Hotel Kitchen
Every few nights he could be found in the kitchen experimenting between the cook book's orders, and whatever Dante had brought home that day. He found a nice zen when cooking. It was a useful skill he had never had a need for before he awoke on the shell. Since arriving his color was improving a little. He hadn't gained much weight but he didn't look as bad as he did when he arrived and first started moving around without his armor.
On nights that he was by himself or had bought something himself to cook he was willing to share. To have someone test what he made.

"My demon form looks vastly different." Much like the armor he wears a lot, but is not wearing today.

"No one rules?"
no subject
He nodded at the question, "No one person rules. Some cities and settlements have rulers, others don't. It depends on how the people in those places choose to live."
no subject
"It is such an alien concept to me, a place that could run with no ruler. It must be wonderful though." The idea of that kind of freedom was almost unbelievable to him. He then realized he had not introduced himself. Remembering seeing a couple of the foreigners shake hands on introduction he held a hand out. "My name is Nelo Angelo."

He looked up at the man, "I'm Wan. I hope I didn't interrupt you during something important. I just don't usually see people so fascinated with the snow."

"I was merely looking for more scrap, nothing that can not wait." He actually smiled, just a bit though. "It is not easy to find work that does not end in underpayment. Or so I am finding. I want to get a gift for the two here." he explained before adding. "I am finding I am fascinated by all of the changes of nature here."

This time when he moved his hands, he didn't try to hide it from Nelo Angelo. He made a sweeping gesture with one arm and the wind swirled the falling snow to surround the two of them, creating a very pretty funnel of snow flurries for a brief moment.
"I'm pretty good at making the snow dance when I put my mind to it."
@_@ Gmail never sent a notif, sorry!
Zuko better treat him right."I would like that a great deal." He was actually glad of the offer, he was a curious creature and learning from those who know is better then possibly guessing wrong. The red eyes looked from the dancing snow back to Wan. "So you are the one making it dance, that is a strange power indeed, but amazing." He's very impressed. "How does it work?"
It's okay :)
He shrugged and let the wind go back to normal, "It's not something I can teach you, though. I'm sorry. The power of the elements were granted to me by others."
yay /o/
He nodded at the answer moving to look around for a bit more metal, but not moving too far. "Oh, I know I could not learn such a thing either way, I am a warrior not a mage." If only he knew how wrong that really is. Soon though, soon he will know the real power he holds. "So, can you work fire as well?
