[NPC] Bresilykian Emissaries
Characters: Bresilykian Emissaries + Foreigners
Date: Month of February, after Tu Vishan leaves Evidet's shores.
Location: Anywhere in Keeliai, or outside the city
Situation: Catch-all post for talking with the emissaries. Please specify location and the NPC when tagging in.
Warnings/Rating: None yet.
NOTE: Descriptions and habits of the five emissaries can be found in the Feb Itinerary post.
Having received the requisite permissions from the various factions in Keeliai, and after communicating with the capital citydome of Lichoyras, the five ambassadors seem perfectly willing to dedicate themselves to being on Tu Vishan for the foreseeable future. When it's explained in no uncertain terms to them that the Great Turtle is not presently in control of his own movements -- that only chance brought it to Evidet and who only knew when they might be back? -- the emissaries will assure that they've been made aware, and that they're here of their own accord.
In the meantime, they'll have split into their own routines of exploring the city, gathering information, and investigating the Foreigners who capture their attention.

He really should stop doing that. Expecting anything, that is. "A few months- there's a few others who have been here for years. But long enough to miss home, at least- there's a saying about not really knowing what you have until it's gone, if you've heard of it."

"Besides," he goes on to say, "she'll have a few new stories to tell them, by the time she gets home."

He gestures at some of the tech on the tables. "I'm still getting used to things being primitive here...but I'm hopeful that they'll improve, given time and knowledge. And materials," he allows. "Things can be a bit tight here, as I'm sure you've noticed."

The young Bresilykian man glanced back toward the table. "I don't think it's necessarily primitive," he replied. "I think it's really quite impressive, given that the kedan have not been... well, themselves, if stories are to be believed. Not to mention, magic here was more prevalent for some time, was it not?"
He nodded understandingly in regards to materials. "I imagine that will be a topic of high interest when we make our reports back to Lichoyras, the import of materials."
