Situation: The attempted mugging of a pair of good people

With the move to the housing block in the Sky Sector, her work travel time has increased noticeably. Not a huge amount, but it's enough to note when you're no longer living in the building you're hired in. Still, she's found she rather likes the walk in the mornings, getting to see the Sky Sector as it comes to life in the sun. And with everything that's happened recently, the peaceful walks are a welcome and stable moment.

After letting Xion know she's off once more, Aqua starts the journey before a thought occurs. It hasn't escaped her notice that of the neighboring Foreigners, one of them also works at the Hotel. It might be nice to walk with company, she figures, and decides to linger for a few moments before going. Wait and see if - Tadashi Hamada, that was his name, yes? - would set off himself soon, and then perhaps there will be a more conversational morning before work than normal.

[It was strange to have Cass around again. Good, but still a little strange. She definitely threw off his morning routine a little. He wasn't always the first one out of bed (he and Callaghan seemed to take turns depending on the hours either of them planned on working that day), but he'd gotten used to being the first one in the kitchen, at least. Starting coffee, cooking himself breakfast, making sure to set aside something that Hiro could easily consume while still half asleep...

Tadashi's no slouch in the kitchen, but he's no wizard either. Cooking takes time, but now Cass is back and actually staying, and it took no time at all for her to claim their small kitchen as her domain. Tadashi can't complain, of course. Her food is delicious and, while the move to Sky Sector has made his commute much longer, waking up to food already cooking as cut his prep time significantly. Better meals and being able to leave the house on time (thereby allowing for a much more relaxing commute to work)... What more could a young man ask for?

He's careful to shut and lock the door behind him after he steps out (there are too many sleeping people still inside to not do so), but his eyes fall on Aqua immediately after he turns around. They've spoken before (as much as two focused employees can when they've got work to attend to), and Tadashi offers a smile far too energetic for such an early hour.]

[Far too energetic or not, the smile is infectious. Aqua gladly returns the expression, bright and sunny in her own right (though bolstered by a less elaborate breakfast, of course.) It's always nice to start a day off cheery!]

Good morning to you as well! And yes, I am. Would you like to walk together?

[Every day starts off cheery if you're with Tadashi. Or at least with enthusiastic noogies. Just ask Hiro.

Sure! It's always nice to have company on the commute, right? Especially now that there actually is a commute.
