It’s stopped for now at least, so I guess so.

[Their team received a pat on the back and verbal recognition for a success, but really, Korra didn’t feel that was the case at all.]

We all came back in one piece [For the most part.] and got to go home finally. I’m just hoping all the teams made a big enough difference to keep that thing away from Tu Vishan for a long time.

One piece is also good. We were lucky in that regard as well. And yes, that WOULD be ideal, wouldn't it? And that nothing else is flung his way either.

Yeah, it’s going to take a bit of time for him to recover, but once he’s back up to full steam, it’ll take a lot to make him sick again. Now that everyone knows what the symptoms are and what to look for, we can act on it sooner before it gets as bad as it did.

]Enjolras takes a moment, considering Temeraire and shudders. ] A friend of mine was badly affected by the power shortage. I would imagine that you were as well. I am glad for everyone's sake who uses them that that part of it seems over at the moment.

A lot of people had a hard time during that, but no, it wasn’t a whole lot of fun for me either. [While others had suffered much more than she, like Jack or Mike, Korra had something similar happen before when Amon took away her bending; and as far she saw it: her pride, the legacy of the Avatar and more importantly: Aang’s legacy. Physically, she fared much better than most.]

Still, we managed to get through. We helped each other. We’re resilient.

As are so many of the foreigners here, I am learning. Together, we were we more organized, well...Perhaps I can see in part WHY we were brought here after all. I do not appreciate it, but...that resilience perhaps...it says something, would you not think?

Like if that’s why we come here? [Korra had never given any thought to if Emperor Eshai had selected foreigners based on certain things like that or if it was just random happenstance.] Kind of makes sense. I think I know what the answer is, but has anyone ever asked the Emperor why she picks who she does, or if she does?

Something along those lines exactly, yes. And that is ...a good question. I wonder if doing so again would have much of a result.It may be worth attempting. [Enjolras would be willing to give it a try at least. It may not help solve things, but it may be good to know.]

Again, huh? If the Emperor’s as unhelpful as everyone says, then I don’t think she’ll like being asked it again. I haven’t met her yet though, so I don’t know how she’ll react.

[Korra was quite sure that she was either going to really like Emperor Eshai or downright hate her, no middle ground. So far with Evandau though, she felt there was a firm middle ground.]

Whenever she does her audience with foreigners again, maybe it’ll be worth a shot. But I’ve already got something I want to ask, I don’t think I should take too much time. I bet there’s a long line of people on that day.

From what I have been told, it has been asked before, or questions very near to that. [Enjolras is shaking his head a bit, and sighing.] I am told she is responsible for my being freed from a jail the last time TuVashan made land but as I have no memory of that myself...I wish I did have some idea of how she might respond, it would give us time to formulate some plan of attack, perhaps. And yes it does seem to get quite busy.

Either someone got the answer and doesn’t want to share, or she didn’t say. [But the way everyone seemed to try and warn others about important things, Korra was banking on it being the latter.]

I’m not that great at planning out an attack like that. [For Korra, it was more of bull rush in, punch faces, and maybe ask questions later.] But if that helps people who can, then yeah, it’d help I think.

Plans of attack as a metaphor at this stage at least. [Enjolras is not so bad at those types of plans himself,but well, he is no Combeferre either.] Simply...some sort of methood to surviving here until we might really raise some sort of a confrontation, I suppose is the best way to put it.

And I would SUSPECT it's the latter. The Empress , [Yes, he stubbornly insists it is a gendered term] seems more the type to play this close to her chest, instead of running out with it.
