Situation: Superman has told everyone to be careful with the llothi, so of course he'd be attacked by them as soon as he stepped further into the mainland. Luckily his best friend is there to help him, and his wife will be understanding. LOL.
Warnings/Rating: Blood, injuries, llothi, Batman.

[Despite what certain people claim, Superman isn’t careless. Yes, he jumps into battle without thinking twice about it. And more than once he’s spoken before thinking. And he’s promised things he’d regretted later. And- yes, there are… certainly plenty of different examples that we don’t need to dwell on right now. The point is: he isn’t careless. He just weights his options, decides to take risks no one else would because he must. Because he isn’t going to let anyone get hurt because of his inaction.

So when in one of his short trips to the mainland to get supplies he heard a voice- a voice asking for help, a voice crying in pain… he didn’t hesitate to fly right in.

No one had told him about the traps the llothi could set.

He’s a skilled man when it comes to battles, even without powers. But 2 llothi… it might be too much for him. ]
