Loki does stop, but he rolls his eyes and takes another drink from the scotch, because he can already tell this man is going to be more of a headache than he's worth. It's already reminiscient of Asgard's drinking, ruckusing party animals, and here he was hoping he could avoid those of similar behaviour.
Alas. Life wasn't always on his side. So he does turn, but he doesn't advance back towards the man, because really this is so not worth his time. He could be in his nice luxury suite with his booze right now. ]
That would not be wise, any closer and I'd be tempted to break it against your skull. [ What a waste of good wine that would be. ] And I do not swing.

[That might be particular inflection on that last word as Tony does know that face. He's seen him in many forms -- of a sort -- but the bone structure's hard to miss. The voice, that's also a dead ringer. And here he thought that Asgardian prison might save them from this troublemaker. He'll have to have words with Thor about that.
He holds up his glass again.]
Come on. Give it a go.

He can already tell this is more than just a headache. This is a migraine of cosmic levels approaching. And in all honesty he should just turn around, ignore the fool, but damn if his pride wouldn't just let him give it up. If he's going to have a pounding headache he may as well earn it.
So it's with another heavy sigh and roll of his eyes that Loki approaches again. But he doesn't clink the bottle again. Instead, he moves his two bottles to one hand, the other swiping a third - the one that the man had been pouring his own glass from. ]
Perhaps, once I've consumed the rest of these, I'll give your offer further consideration.

You. [A snap of his fingers before he points straight at Loki.] You're missing the point here. So why don't you sit down, drink with me, and we can deal with this whole 'further consideration' thing after.
[A beat. He cocks his head to the side.]
Come on. Only losers drink alone.
[Not that he planned on sharing a drink with a suspected Asgardian, nope. But, there's that whole friends close and enemies closer wisdom that applies here -- that'll be his defence if Pepper ever finds out about it.]

Only losers drink alone? Really? Loki cannot determine any possible reason why this man is so persistent to share in drink with him, but what he can figure out is that the man seems angry with him. And it isn't the first time that's happened since he arrived on this floating city.
But fine, fine. Damn his curiosity. ]
I sincerely hope this is not how you recruit all your drinking companions.
[ Loki doesn't turn to leave, but he doesn't advance either. The man knows something, something about him, but what exactly that something is has yet to be found. ]
Why do you insist? You have your pick of anyone else.

[Tony takes it as a marginal victory that Loki is, at least, talking with him now. Yeah. Victory.]
Your turn. Why the resistance? Why not share a drink with a man that shares -- [Wow, he almost choked on that word.] - your taste for the finer things in life?

For later, of course. Can't be intoxicated, even a little, when trying to figure things out. First it was the rude, angry questioning from one set of folks, and now there's this man who clearly knows something Loki does not and that should be a criminal offense on it's own really. He's quiet for a moment, taking his time analyzing and pondering. It's not quite anger in the man's tone but there's hints of it there, suggesting animosity, and Loki knows he pissed people off frequently over the years but he can't put a name to that face, and his memory isn't that bad.
He sighs. ]
Your place or mine, then?
[ This is going to be painful, he just knows it. There's just something about this man that makes Loki want to throw him off a cliff. ]

[A grin, and then Tony is signalling to the cellarkeeper that, yes. He's finally done making his hefty selection of liquor. They have a deal -- he'll deliver it to customs and Tony's people (kedan, really), will pick it up from there and pay the bill. Brilliant, if rather how things are supposed to go.]
Shall we?
[A gesture to the cellar stairs. A plan to get him out of close quarters. Tony does not want to truly antagonise him, being short one Mark VII armour to come to him, but he'd prefer to have some space should their words take. Well. Let's say they take an unpleasant turn as they are wont with one Tony Stark? Then he wants space for people to clear from and be safe.]

Yeah, Loki is already regretting this. But the man has a pronounced jugular and as long as he stays within range, what's the worst thing that could happen? Maybe he gets a bit of blood on his clothes. Oh well. ]
I'll try to contain my excitement.
[ So off they go, then. Loki makes sure to swipe one more smaller bottle to join the other three and that should be enough to get him through ... whatever this is supposed to be. He takes the lead out of the cellar, since temptation to just shank the man from behind would've been too great and then he'd have no answers at all. But at least he has a handful of breakable glass should the man frustrate him past that point. ]
