MORNING - METAL SECTOR - KARRIN MURPHY
She's in the middle of showing him a throw when she spots a couple of watchers. Without missing a beat, she calls one of them over and walks the kedan through the grip and toss, shows her once, and sets her up against Murphy's original opponent.
And so it goes, until she's got a full class and is feeling probably more at home than she has since she got there. Correcting holds, demonstrating steps, calling out in Japanese and drilling them through the motions until, by the end of the impromptu "lesson", most of the kedan present are passable with a few basic principle steps - and she's being made to promise another lesson the next day.

It's not loud, but for someone who's been keyed up looking for any sign of violence around her, it's enough to make her change her path to the next street over and check out what's going on. And when she actually gets a look at the impromptu little class... she's fascinated. It's not a fighting style she's familiar with, and that alone is enough to convince her to put off bed a little longer and stick around to watch.
She ends up sitting on the edge of the roof across the street from the lot, legs dangling over the side, chin in her hands while she watches intently and tries to memorize every movement.

"You know, it works better if you actually participate. If you really want to learn."

MORNING - MULTIPLE SECTORS - TRIELA
MORNING - FIRE SECTOR - STEVE ROGERS
He found a park, and a pack of young kedan found him. After a few minutes of curiosity, questions, and prodding, Steve convinces them to let him teach them a game.
So Steve is in a park in the Fire Sector with a bunch of kedan children, trying to teach them to play baseball.
At the moment, he's pitching a carefully knotted wad of cloth wrapped around a rock for weight at a kedan wielding a stick roughly the size of a bat, looking pretty happy with the situation as a whole.

So he's simply flying around, trying to get himself seen when he notices a familiar blonde hair among a crowd of children. He can't help but smile as he hovers down nearby-
...And grabs the rock in his hand with a quick movement.
"I've always been a good catcher. Need someone to help you explaining the game?"

...can re-tag with Supes, if you prefer one combined thread?
He's leaning against a tree, watching, for a few moments.
"Good throw."
This is fine!
"Want to join us? There's always room for another player."
Yay!
AFTERNOON - FIRE/METAL SECTORS - MURPHY
Not that appearance means much with shapeshifters, but she does what she can.
AFTERNOON - EARTH SECTOR - STEVE ROGERS

She wanders over and circles around behind him so she can see, watching him work in silence for a moment before she speaks up. "I didn't know you painted too."
no subject
That's what makes it fun, though. He's been coaxing lessons on the inks and papers from one of the kedan he works for. "Please, sit. I'm having company for lunch, but I actually wanted to introduce you."

With so many people looking so odd and varied, Favrielle finds that the others foreign to Keeliai stick out in the crowds.
So, when she comes across Steve painting at a cafe, she can't help but approach to take a closer look.

"Ma'am." He ducks his head in a nod. "Um - I don't know if you remember, but we spoke over the network not too long ago. Steve Rogers."

NIGHT - METAL SECTOR, NEAR THE EDGE OF THE FIRE SECTOR - MURPHY
"Damnit," she murmurs, more for the sake of keeping herself company than out of real frustration. When traffic slows, she'll pick a target and follow them, isolate them, and interrogate them. It's worked all right so far.

As she leaves, she pauses to speak to one of the kedan also departing, the two of them murmuring softly for a moment before Natasha nods slightly and turns, heading off toward the Fire Sector on her own.
no subject
An educated guess brings Murphy's target back into sight, though the woman is almost a block ahead of her now, in the comparatively unfriendly territory of the Fire Sector.

EVENING/NIGHT - EARTH SECTOR - STEVE
no subject
She's starting towards 'home' when she spots Steve making a similar journey. She raises a hand in greeting, slowing her pace slightly, but happy to just wave and leave the decision to Steve whether he wants to talk to her.

NIGHT - GANG-ACTIVE SECTOR, YOUR CHOICE - TRIELA
He wasn't following her, he swears. Yes, there's a bounty out on foreigners, but he wasn't following her for that. She lets go, slightly dazed, and watches him run away.
Probably she should feel guilty.

He steps out into the open, so she can see him. “That was a little harsh.” Not disapproving, just observing.

Tonight is mostly a test run. Get himself familiarized with the architecture, what's available, what's reliable, and what might send him dropping a handful of stories down to the street below.
He's in his ordinary patrol clothes, now with the addition of rough gloves. No mask - not the way he does things. He balances at the edge of one rooftop, gauging the distance between it and the next, calculating silently.] All right, Rogers. Don't break your neck.
[And then he bounces back a few steps, takes a running leap, and tucks himself into a roll that lands him on the next roof without a great deal of grace, but also without any bruises. Up again, jogging to the edge, jumping without pause to snag the edge of the next roof and heft himself sideways and over the top. He loves this. Moving this way. Knowing that if he does it right, he can move as quickly and as quietly as anything.
God, he loves being able to move.]

Even after all this time, it never ceased to amaze him how rarely people actually looked up.
Steve Rogers, it seemed, didn't have that problem.]
You're landing wrong.
[He's hard to spot, perched in the shadowy overhang of a building. Arms folded, expression unreadable.]
