Location: The sunken city of Sinbrilee
Situation: Tu Vishan comes upon the oceanfloor, holding his own memorial to the fall of his sister turtle while those upon his shell may explore the ruined city.

The city is lit by a warm orange glow, there are thousands of lanterns lit and burning brightly to ward off the gathering dark. It was once a grand, thriving place, and it's obvious by the quality of the Greco-Roman architecture, the high sweeping columns of white marble, the beautifully paved roads. There are aqueducts throughout the city that look as if they could be put to use today. In fact, if it weren't for the fact that the city's spent the last few hundred years underwater, it looks quite liveable. This city is entirely open to exploration, so feel free to send your character out to their heart's content. Remember, certain doorways will lead your characters into either Death or the Dreaming and these markings won't always be visible to them, so they should take care and be vigilant at all times!
Note: A separate post will be made for the events of the Bacchanal later in the month.

In any case, it seems like he's wandered in at a downtime; he hasn't seen anybody around, which is the perfect time to try to get a better look at this bathwater and whether it's secretly got mind controlling compounds attached to it or something. Taking great care not to fall in, he approaches one of the pools--]

[--annnnnnd spots an improbably hot and also unclothed woman in it, too little too late. Like a good little gentleman a hand flies right up to cover his eyes, but he's already gotten a view and oh god he's tomato red already help.]

Apparently they're pretty good if your name is Selina Kyle.
Selina rolls her eyes exaggeratedly, though okay, it is kind of amusing. She rises from the bath, reaching for a towel, and with no apparent hurry -- the kid's embarrassment isn't only genuine, it's palpable, and she doesn't think he has the guts to peek again. She wraps the towel around herself, lightly shaking some of the water from her hair. ]
If you didn't see anything, you wouldn't be doing an incredibly convincing impression of a human tomato. Relax, kid, I'm not gonna hurt you.

Um. [His eyes are good and covered, and from the sound of Selina leaving the water? So is she, now. He takes the opportunity to peek through his fingers to confirm: annnnd yep, he's most definitely safe. His hand falls to his side.] Right. Like I said, I, er, thought the place was empty already.
[He sheepishly rubs at the back of his neck.] Sorry. Again.

[ And then, because she really can't resist, she gives him a devilish grin. ]
You keep apologizing, I'm gonna start wondering whether or not you're really sorry.

No, I mean it, really! And, well, sort of? I don't know if my kid sister counts. But that's not a lady, that's-- you know what, I'm just gonna shut up now before I do any more damage.
[Take pity on him, Selina. His face is the picture of apologetic.]

I, uhm. I wasn't actually here for a bath. I was mostly curious about the water itself. I mean, it's so... nice, but I haven't seen any people around to maintain it. Who aren't ghosts. And I don't know how much I buy that there are ghost pool boys hanging around and scooping leaves out of the baths.

[ That's a lie, it had totally crossed her mind, but she had shrugged it off and dismissed it as ultimately unimportant in the face of a miraculously hot bath. Selina has priorities, okay. She dips a toe back into the water experimentally. ]
