Situation: Katniss is trying to take her mind off Peeta by doing everything.

Date: April 4-ish.
Location: A bar in Water, near Wood.
Situation: Bruce and Costigan go out for a drink, neither one realizing the other one doesn't actually drink.
Warnings/Rating: None!

Bruce is there on time, maybe even a little early. By now he's acquired some kedan clothes, and blends in pretty well, though the cloth is cheap cotton and in muted, faded colors. All in all he looks like part of the scenery as much as he can, except for how he's obviously a foreigner once you see his face.

But it's the best that he can do. He sits at a table in a decently lit corner, the rustle of the bar going on around him, and he likes that he remains undisturbed. Costigan was right; they sold him his ginger ale and didn't ask a single question, don't want to know his business as long as he doesn't ask about theirs.

It's his kind of place.

Location: The Wood Sector.
Situation: Éponine arrives in Tu Vishan, and her first order of business is to wander around the Wood Sector, completely confused, but eventually, said confusion gives way to a bit of curiosity. She'll be bemused for the most part, but Thénardiers are a bit like cats in that they can land on their feet.
Warnings/Rating: PG-13 for possible references to past violence. I'll be starting with prose, but I'm flexible about formatting.
