[Monet's reclining on the chair next to Layla with an almost finished glass. She should probably break it up, or something, she's definitely strong and fast enough. She doesn't. They're in need of excitement.]

[Layla leans over slightly towards Monet.] You're the telepath, you could make them go full on West Side Story if you really wanted.

[Which would be pretty damn cool, especially after she witnessed Hans singing and dancing like it was a normal day.]

[God, she really even could. She could even stop the fighting with just a thought, but the idea that Malicant's already looking for telepaths, and humans don't like their small worlds messed with is too much trouble.]

I am just pointing out the obvious.

[though truth be told, the result would be disastrous, if any of these fighters were not actually trained dancers. Or at least they'd sprain a finger from snapping.]

Maybe I should change my codename. Captain Obvious really does have a ring to it. [But Butterfly was so appropriate on about fifty different levels, and she liked it.

I've always said there was a shortage on good ones. [No disrespect to Jamie, but his codename was the worst. Same with Guido. Seriously, Strong Guy? Yeah, it's what it said on the tin, but c'mon.]
