[she lifts the mug before taking a sip and making a little face. But she keeps drinking out of restlessness.]

He's weird. Really weird. Always talking about things no one understands. Always has energy for new people and new places. He makes everything seem amazing. And he helps people, he always helps everyone he can.

[Even with her declaration, she sips and that gets Thor to smile.]

That happens to those that venture to other realms. [If he had time to list how many times people told him he spoke strangely…] You were there to see him do this yourself?

[He nods. The clarification is more to see how she answers than anything else, Clara did say so earlier.]

Do you hold hope that his travels will bring him here? [Something he did, which paid off. That is until his friends and family returned home. As did Jane.]

[Her expression grows more somber and she takes a long drink before she replies.]

He was here before for a bit. But he didn't remember me. He was from before we'd met.

I’m sorry. Take heart in that we all will be able to return to those we left behind once our foe is vanquished.

Until that time comes, helping the friends to be had here is a noble endeavor. [He gives a simple grin.] Even if it is nothing more than washing a few glasses.

[She's grinning at him because she knows he will and she would do the same. And, even if she's independent to a fault, she's also keen on making new friends and will set it aside this once.]

Yes, but I shall enjoy your words none the less. [New friends is something he needs and wants, especially when they are all in this mess together. And Clara’s just as amiable, if not more so, than he is.]

[She grins before hiccuping and shoving the glass at him.]

Except where you're trying to get me drunk on the job.

They may sound even better that way. [Teasingly before concedes and takes the glass by the handle to down the rest of it.]

Unfortunately, I am not the eloquent sort of drunk.

[She hiccups slightly and covers her mouth with her hand.]

That is because there’s no such thing. [Scooping the empty glasses, Thor easily piles them into the crook of his arm. Perks of being tall and beefy.] Show me to the kitchen.

If you’re capable. [He’s can be insufferable at times.]

[She slides off the stool and saunters over to the direction of the kitchen. But she's secretly being quite careful that she doesn't trip in her heels.]

[An indulgent smile is all he gives as he follows her and then starts running the water.]

Does your friend know that you’re not as hardy to drinking as most? [Because if Thor is ever behind a bar, he’s probably be having just as many drinks as the customers.]

Excuse me? I'm not lacking in hardiness. I just don't weigh as much as someone with an obscene amount of muscle that allows me to just slog through glass after glass.

[HUFFS. Ignore the fact that she got all drunk and fell down in another thread.]

Have you tried? [No one should look that amused while doing dishes, but somehow Thor pulls it off. And he'd love to see that.]
