skericide. Her usual hangouts are at her dojo in Wood, her suite ME-2A, the hospital in Metal, Jack's Fishing Shop in Water, or the Brazen Turtle in the center of Keeliai. But Korra can be at any sector on just about any day. Prose or brackets, they're both good!)

Leonardo trails off for after that, his eyes dropping back to the floor - this time in thoughtful silence. The physical feeling of his chi shifting around inside him is a strange sensation, one he's not used to, and it's almost eerie the way Korra is able to so liberally handle both her own chi and that of others. He can only think of a handful of masters throughout history in his own world who could even come close to that kind of skill.
It makes him wonder just how the Little Ninja got to know her. And, not for the first time, how close they must have been for Korra to keep extending her friendship to them all long after he disappeared.
"Thanks," he murmurs, a little embarrassed. "For sticking with us all this time, I mean."

"But, you’re welcome." Her voice softened and she looked up, and for the first time she didn’t compare him to the Leo she met long ago. Instead, she saw just Leonardo; a leader who cared about his team. The head of house caring about the family he had.
"Thanks for putting up with me. I know I’ve got my own troubles, and I’ll try to keep them to just me; but I’ll help you with yours whenever I can."
no subject
"Your troubles are ours, Korra. It's the least we can do." It's how this works. Taking her support without giving theirs back - none of them would ever stand for that, both within and outside the boundaries of their code of honor. "You haven't seen us at our best... but if you ever need us, call and we'll be there."

Back to business, Korra couldn’t worry about possibilities. "Even though I know what’s probably going to happen" she pointed at him with a smirk. "Try not to get into any fights for the next day or two. If anything gets worse, let me know so I can do another session."

Leo can't help smirking a bit at her instructions, but doesn't respond - mostly because he knows better than to make promises he can't keep. Instead his expression softens, and he leans forward to look at her with earnest concern.
"I mean it. After everything you've done for my family... you're a friend, Korra. Remember that."
Maybe he's being a bit too serious, but he can't help it. It's just a Leonardo Thing.

Korra was used to being her usual, tough girl self and this defied some of that.
"That, it means a lot. Especially here." Here being ‘not home’ and eternally unfamiliar not matter how long she’s lived in Konryu.
"Taking care of my friends is what I do best. You've all stuck with me too, so I don't want you to forget that either."
no subject
With that done, Leo moves to stand, still flexing his bad arm experimentally. He turns to Korra and gives a small, quick bow, his serious demeanor dissolving into a much lighter tone. "Thanks for the assist. It feels as good as new."
no subject
"Keep it that way." She half-admonished with an appeased smile as she held the water in her hands. When she went to go dispose of the water, she turned at the doorway.
"And, you're welcome." She was so used to handing out her own 'thank you's that acknowledging them seemed foreign.
Korra gave him a bow of her own, Something she had only done for Leo, and smiled with a nod before leaving her room.
