Situation: The rationing is officially lifted and the kedan are celebrating by conducting one citywide yard sale! Think big! Think small! Think tribbles! Think all!
Warnings/Rating: Tribbles. Lots of tribbles. Please indicate content warnings in subject headers as applicable.

The morning of the 21st kicks off with heralds roving about the city of Keeliai to declare that the rationing edict has been lifted and that citizens no longer have to contribute one-fifth of their productions (juulan or physical goods) to the communal stores maintained by the police force. These announcements trigger a state of celebration across the city as kedan drag months worth of hoarded items to the street to sell, steal, or trade in a wave of mercantile goodness that stretches for nearly a week. Not even the rising tide of tribbles seems to dampen their spirit, with kedan citywide finding new and inventive uses for the fuzzy paperweights.

Characters are free to do as they will during this event, with police oversight relaxed in the aftermath of the long rationing and strained relations. Impromptu sales out of suites will rarely be inspected and purchase made elsewhere are no longer monitored. Everyone is taking a breath of fresh air, so to speak, and most do not want their first fun in months to be ruined.

People tend to come and go a lot around here, though so far, most of my experience happens to be with the coming rather than the going.

Pretty much, yeah.

Friend of mine up and vanished one day without a trace. Then he came back without any memories of the time he'd been here before.

Of course, then there was the time I showed up, only to find a certain someone at my window with a dramatic cape-flip just to announce he'd already beaten me here by a few months, even though I'd just seen him. Showoff.

Basically, none of it makes any sense, and it's probably time travel.

It's official. Anyone wearing a cape is required to use windows verses doors by at least a 3:1 ratio.

That's... been happening a lot. When someone says "infinite multiple universes" I didn't think someone actually intended to borrow someone from each one of them.

[ Raven shakes her head, confirming that she didn't recognize Zatanna. ]

[Ah. Okay. She could buy that. She knew she had an aura, and her father had never taught her how to conceal it from those who could see such things. Her magic wasn't much of a secret, but the fact that Raven could see it...]

[ But when Zatanna asks her origin, she shakes her head. ]

Though, just for the record, one of my teammates is an overly-cheerful, red-haired alien. I'm pretty used to strange.

She's not here right now, unfortunately. Not that we were really that close. But she's a friend, you know? She was the first person to greet me when my dad brought me to meet the team.

[At least, she tried to be. Before Robin interrupted her mid-introduction.]

Is mustard now a beverage at your place too?

[ But Raven's guarded gaze relaxed a little when Zatanna talked about her friend. ]

Yeah. None of mine are here either. There are people who say they know me but it's a different... me.

Not that I know of. But then, I don't really live in Mount Justice with them. Dad and I live in Manhattan.

Just Robin and Aqualad on my end.

Kid Flash used to be here, too, at one point. Plus a couple of duplicates from other worlds, but I don't really count them. Different worlds, different lives, you know?

I've met Aqualad but he's different than the one I know. As for Robin... none have introduced themselves to me, so they must also be different. I know I've spoken to at least one anonymously however.

Kid Flash is still here, though? I've spoken with him, again, he's different but he did recognize me. In his world, he and that Raven are teammates. Or was there another one here?

[ It was apparently how quickly alternates could get confusing. ]

Our team is him, Robin, Aqualad, Artemis, Superboy, and Miss Martian. And I like to help out sometimes too.

Ours is Robin, Cyborg, Starfire, Beast Boy and myself. There are other Titans teams around different parts of the world now though.
