Situation: The rationing is officially lifted and the kedan are celebrating by conducting one citywide yard sale! Think big! Think small! Think tribbles! Think all!

The morning of the 21st kicks off with heralds roving about the city of Keeliai to declare that the rationing edict has been lifted and that citizens no longer have to contribute one-fifth of their productions (juulan or physical goods) to the communal stores maintained by the police force. These announcements trigger a state of celebration across the city as kedan drag months worth of hoarded items to the street to sell, steal, or trade in a wave of mercantile goodness that stretches for nearly a week. Not even the rising tide of tribbles seems to dampen their spirit, with kedan citywide finding new and inventive uses for the fuzzy paperweights.

Characters are free to do as they will during this event, with police oversight relaxed in the aftermath of the long rationing and strained relations. Impromptu sales out of suites will rarely be inspected and purchase made elsewhere are no longer monitored. Everyone is taking a breath of fresh air, so to speak, and most do not want their first fun in months to be ruined.

[Then it fades a little.] I can't tell you what to do, though. It's something you really have to figure out for yourself, no matter how difficult or annoying or anything else.

[She sighs though, knowing Annabeth was right.]

...I'm going to have to go talk to Robin, aren't I?

But it'll be my answer. I'm not you. And with something like this, with your feelings, it's - it's something you need to do for yourself. [Speaking from experience, aw yes.]

[Tiny-almost-sympathetic-smile.] It might help.

Because you have feelings for him, or because of the talk itself?

He's a jerk if he gets mad at you for your feelings. And immature if he can't handle a talk.

[That...actually makes her smile. She even chuckles a little.]

I can't really tell you how it'll go but - you're smart, Zatanna, and I know whatever happens, it'll be what you want and what you know is best for you.

And if he doesn't speak to you again over something like that, then maybe he wasn't worth your time to begin with.

[THAT, she knew, was an outright lie. Robin was worth it, and then some.]

[He'd been her first friend on the team--granted, not that M'gann hadn't tried. He'd encouraged her and kept an eye out for her on their first mission. And when she started to doubt herself, he'd been right there, telling her the very words she needed to hear. He showed up at her window almost immediately after she'd arrived in Keelai, and he listened when she tried so hard not to cry over learning about what Fate awaited them--and her father--when they went back home.]

[If anything, she wasn't worth his time.]
