Aihsohlow | Phorezton | Markutte | Countryside

The starting point of landfall and the smallest port of importance in all the republic. All visitors will have a fish mark stamped on their tin visa if they are granted access here. The homes here are sturdy and built to withstand the harsh sea winds, though the dome has rendered their sturdiness largely irrelevant as the years pass. Fish represent the primary theme of food, with preserved and smoked renditions a commodity often sent for trade to others towns. Local authorities will ask for the tin card visa of each visitor upon first sight, verifying the information with some scrutiny before handing it back and allowing them to continue onwards. There are some auctions held here, with the items obtained often showing signs of recovery from the ocean floor by diving parties in search of fish to net.

"No, not really. I don't really know him or anything from my time, not like we know each other in his." Billy takes a deep breath. "This is weird, I'm sorry. I'm trying to just... figure out how to say it, or something. I met him when he first got here, and he really seems like he's changed and everything. And maybe he has! Maybe he's, you know. Turned over a new leaf or something."

He doesn't want to insult Thor in any way, and he looks down at his hands. It's not that Loki isn't, well, fun to be around. He seems like a good guy, and Billy likes him well enough. He just doesn't trust him.

Even while Thor trusts him much more than most, he does hold his reservations. Thus far Loki hasn't caused any trouble on the turtle and hew knows full well that won't last forever.

"Do not apologize. I know not exactly what Loki has done in your world and finding forgiveness from other is his path to walk, not mine. He is my brother, not me."

That's something he feels needs to be clarified, Billy seems to be fair and Thor doesn't want to make him feel like he's not being just that.

Thor is letting him know things are okay. Billy looks back up and smiles. Wait till he tells Teddy all about this. Some of this, anyway, and the thought makes him wonder if he should tell Thor to talk to Teddy, since he seems to know Loki in this future.

No, he couldn't do that. "Okay, good. I didn't want to be, you know. That guy." He waved a hand. "Oh! How are you doing here? You're Thor, but you're not my Thor... that sounded weird. I just mean, you were doing something different back in your universe, right?"

Another item goes up for bid, and Billy glances at it, before glancing back. He didn't want that shoe or whatever that was.

"It is funny that you mention it-" Though not really. "I arrived here as I was bringing my brother back to Asgard to pay for his war crimes against Earth. The Avengers had stopped the invading forces of the Chitauri, it wasn’t an easy battle."

Why were there always shoes randomly showing up everywhere he goes?

"But I have been adjusting to this life, though I would be remiss to say that I am used to it by now."

Okay, yeah, he stumbled into that one. Loki and war crimes, yup, sounds like something... Billy thinks he's heard of the Chitauri. Vaguely. Was it some kind of alternate reality invaders? Whatever the case may be, Billy is really fascinated by it.

"A lot of that sounds like what we usually have going on back home." Billy smiles, the shoes the furthest from his mind. "What are the Chitauri like? I mean.. yeah, adjusting. I think we're all getting used to it in our own ways. But I love talking with alternate reality people. It's crazy you hear about things that didn't really happen for us, but we knew about them."
