Situation: Tu Vishan begins to dive to the ocean floor and the city of Keeliai seems unbothered by the process. Bonfire funtimes are made available to all!

[Kyle grins.] That's something I could get behind.

I thought it was good and hey, if they're going to make me sound so great, why not take it away with me?

Good call. [Beat.] So... is teleporting your only power?

[fuzzyelf]

The only one that showed, yes.

My uh, appearance gives me a few extras on top of the teleporting thing.

Cool. [A short pause.] How long have you been here? Has anything like this ever happened before?

[fuzzyelf]

Maybe a month or more. I don't think it has, no one's told me and people who aren't kedan have been freaking out.

[imaginate]

I guess this happens often enough for them. Especially since they have a bonfire festival going on.

[fuzzyelf]

I don't think their culture is something I'll ever come to understand.

[imaginate]

[Amused smile.] I thought the same about a lot of the places I visited. You get used to it.

[fuzzyelf]

Took me long enough to understand the American one. Or the several there is there.

[imaginate]

Yeah, I don't blame you. Some things are just bizarre. Bacon waffles? What's that about?

I dunno, they're great after a long night out.

What I found difficult was picking a ceareal. How many do you need?

[imaginate]

Normal cereal, one with fruits, one with chocolate, one with fruits and chocolate...

[fuzzyelf]

One with marshmallows, loops then there's healthy or sugary. [He pauses.] It was like a whole different world looking down the aisle.

[imaginate]

That's the fun of it.

[fuzzyelf]

Ah ha, not when you're with a grouchy Canadian and stand there not able to make a decision.

[imaginate]

[Kyle laughs. He knows that feeling.] That's why I usually pick.

[fuzzyelf]

I almost got to except he got annoyed with me taking so long and grabbed something himself. It was a sad day in the end.

When at first you don't succeed, try, try again?

I'm pretty sure that was my mantra for the first few months at Xaviers.
