Situation: Tu Vishan begins to dive to the ocean floor and the city of Keeliai seems unbothered by the process. Bonfire funtimes are made available to all!

Mmmhmm. [ She nods her affirmation. She was feeling the same as she usually did. She doubted the sun would be a problem for a good while yet. ]

I'm not pushing myself, to conserve energy. [ Just like Kal said. ]

That might be a good idea. I don't know if you've heard about what's out there...but I definitely have a bad feeling about all this.

I've been trying to find as many people as I can in the meantime. Have you had any luck with that?

Most people seem to be staying close to the bonfires. I haven't found many people farther out.

[ But she's been looking, and glowing. And eying the bodies suspiciously with x-ray vision. ]

[ Admittedly harder in the dark. but bones stick out. ]

You would think that, wouldn't you? But they tend to find a way.

[Then a thought occurs to her. More out of curiosity than anything else.]

How far? [The telescopic vision, she means.]

I don't know exactly. I can see at least across the shell.

I'm trying to conserve energy, so I've been walking around.

She's not terribly effective. ]

Makes sense. I don't have as much of an issue with that sort of thing, fortunately. As long as I'm on the turtle, my powers seem to be okay.

Was there anything you wanted me to get for you?

[ She shakes her head. ]

No, I don't really need anything.

[She leans forward just enough to give the girl a quick, reassuring squeeze with both hands. As much for her sake as for Kara's.]

[ Kara tightens her hands just slightly. She has to be careful, she doesn't know if she can squeeze without breaking Zee's fingers. ]
