Situation: Tu Vishan continues swimming along the ocean floor after his monumental dive, but it turns out there are a whole bunch of undead that want in on the party!

[Dick scans the room for any sign of movement before entering.]

[Oh look, a nice pile of firewood.

...and a small book of matches. He pockets it because why not. Just in case the Batarang doesn't do its job and he needs a plan b]

Alright, we've got the supplies, now we need a real plan.

[imaginate]

[Kyle briefly looks over to where Dick is standing, his eyes falling on the firewood.] We could set a trap - lead them into an open area and use the wood to make a bonfire. [Hm. He hoped there was an area wide enough to that the fire wouldn't spread or damage anything except the jiangshi.]

[hackingyoursensors]

[Thoughtfully:] We'll call that plan A.

There's an open plaza not too far from here. If we're going to lure the zombies anywhere, that'd be the best place.

The question is, can they tell if we've set a trap.

[imaginate]

From what I've seen, I don't think so. They seem too preoccupied with wanting to bite us. [He nods, firmly.] We should find some propane for Plan B.

What's plan B?

[imaginate]

[Kyle rings up a very large flamethrower and flashes Robin a very wicked grin.]

[hackingyoursensors]

[Oh he likes the way you think, Kyle.]

Are you sure that shouldn't be plan A?

[imaginate]

No, it's too more time-consuming, and I'll need refills. [Flamethrower vanishes.] We should aim to take out as many as we can in one strike.

[hackingyoursensors]

Then we'll have to play it smart.

We'll need somewhere contained, but away from the kedan safehouses. We set the trap, lure them in, and light it.

[imaginate]

Got it. [Beat.] I can scan the area to make sure there's no civilians - and since they'll see me anyway, I can lure them in.

[hackingyoursensors]

While you do that, I'll get the trap itself set up. First, we'll have to find a contained area, though.

[imaginate]

Leave that to me. [He retreats out of the warehouse, and makes a small bubble for Robin to hop into, if he wants.] I'll find one from the air, and you can get set up. Send up a flare when you're ready, I'll come.

[hackingyoursensors]

[He hops in.]

Fresh out of flares. And I don't have a ring.

[Now in problem solving mode. Noise won't work... a signal. A flag would be hard to see (and, frankly, hard to make in a hurry). Smoke bomb? Light a nearby signal? But it couldn't be too nearby...]

[imaginate]

No problem. [He rings up a small flare gun and hands it to Robin, while they're flying over looking for somewhere decent to set the trap.] One-time use only.

Convenient.

[He turns the construct over in his hands. Seriously convenient.]

[imaginate]

Not too late to join the Corps. [Kyle winks, but then immediately turns his attention back to looking for a good place to set a trap. He hovers, and then points.] There. Will that work?

Tempting, but I think I'm under the age minimum.

[Dick looks. Confined, small, few avenues of escape.]

Perfect.

[imaginate]

[He puts the bubble near a roof and dissolves the top so that Robin can alight.] Go. I'll come as soon as you send up the flare.

[hackingyoursensors]

[He nods.]

Got it. ["Be careful."]

[imaginate]

[Kyle doesn't pause to catch the implication. He flies off into the distance, from time to time Robin will hear quips and see the occasional blast of green light.

He's having fun. Sort of.]

[Meanwhile, Dick will be setting the trap. He hasn't figured out the sawdust thing yet, but he creates a semicircle of wood with an accelerant mixed with sawdust filling the one gap (the way in). The ground inside the circle is scattered with sawdust and accelerant too, as is the wood in the circle. All Kyle has to do is lead them in and fly up just before Dick lights it up.

Ugh, the smell of burning zombies is probably awful.

But it's set up, so Dick sets off the flare, only fifteen minutes later.]

[imaginate]

[He sees it, and a few seconds later he's flying in, followed by a zombie horde.

Are you ready for some fireworks, Robin?]

[Always.

Which is why he's perched on the roof of a low building, ready to toss the exploding Batarang that will set the whole chain reaction off.]

[imaginate]

[Here comes the Lantern into the trap, flying low, forcefield up in case he can't escape the inferno in time.]

[Dick waits until as many zombies wander in as possible.

Before their minds can register that it's a trap and they can use their ridiculous speed to dash off, he throws the Batarang.

Kyle please don't get blown to peaces, okay? He's trusting you to take care of yourself.]
