Situation: Tu Vishan continues swimming along the ocean floor after his monumental dive, but it turns out there are a whole bunch of undead that want in on the party!

January 20th | Underwater Observers

[Those with light sources and the curiosity to be at the barrier's edge may notice that the outer rim of the shell has a growing collection of visitors. The corpses in the water are starting to take to life and are doing all that they can to press up against the barrier as they look hungrily towards the city of Keeliai.

Any brave enough to risk passing through the barrier and into the water itself will find that they are exceedingly popular with the reanimated corpses, many of which will turn and give chase. They are smart and they are fast, moving with the sole purpose to catch and kill anything living.]

January 21st - 22nd | Dive of the Living Dead

[The barrier still holds against the pressure of water, but the press of bodies against it has reached critical mass and the undead begin to filter through it. At first it appears to be raining jiangshi (zombies) by the scattered corpses plummeting towards the ground -- though these remain animated and will pull themselves towards the living -- and later by those that enter from the shell's edge.

These creatures were fast in the water and are faster on land, possessing of problem-solving intelligence that permits them to open doors and engage in limited combat.

Kedan begin to flee for the palace or their residences when they realise that these creatures pose significant risk to them, for any bitten will eventually succumb and join the ranks of the undead. At the Palace of Landed Sky, Evandau and his police force are busy defending the area from the encroaching undead, though there are many chambers and halls made available for kedan and Foreigner sanctuary in the palace while the threat -- nay, the assault persists.]

January 23rd | Rise, Rise, Rise!

[Morning darkens on the twenty-third to a shift in Tu Vishan's angle and a reversal of the events that accompanied the initial dive. The undead plaguing the city remain active as the turtle rises, but suffer devastating effects under the light of the sun as it begins to penetrate the water and warmth returns to the city. All jiangshi exposed to the sun will wither up and fall into dust, leaving little trace of their existence -- save the damages wrought on the city and in the minds of its inhabitants.

By evening, Tu Vishan breaks the surface and all jiangshi are considered DDOA (definitely dead on arrival), leaving Keeliai safe and the kedan busy with another clean up effort as they slowly return to their normal lives.]
