Situation: Tu Vishan experiences a boost in health and thanks each citizen with a calming mood and tropical waters.

Everyone wakes on the 23rd with a feeling of peace upon their mind. It's hardly intrusive – reminiscent more of the comfort that comes when one curls up with a favourite blanket fresh out of the dryer. It seems that the actions of the Foreigners -- taken to aid during this time of crisis -- have had an effect and Tu Vishan is offering this in thanks... along with a surge of life and vitality to both the turtle and its citizens.

It's one of the few times that he thinks of Annie outside of the privacy of his own suite, a serious look on his face as he keeps his face tilted toward the light show. She would have loved to see this, and he wishes she could. He'll enjoy it for her, though. She would have wanted that from him, too.]
