[So now the characters have all been dumped in a drunk tank, which is awesome. Jim and Prussia are both here, as are any other unfortunate inductees. Characters will be held for 24 hours, or until such time as a friend of theirs can be persuaded to come bail them out. Each character will be permitted one console call at the time of their arrest. This is a general mingle log for the holding cell, which is fairly large and surprisingly comfortable (with a private bathroom!) for what it is. Strike up a conversation with your fellow inmates, compare battle scars, gripe about shitty prison food. The whole nine yards!]

[Prussia might be the most pleased jailbird of the night. His cheek is a bit bruised, but healing, his hair is even more mussed and wild than usual, and there's some dried blood under his nose he hasn't bothered to wipe off just yet, but there's a pep in his step as he moves around the large holding cell. He's more relaxed than he's feel in weeks. he's not even mad about being in jail. 24 hours is nothing around him. He'll be the guy grinning like he just won the lottery for most of it.]

Guess we had too much excitement for them.

Ah, it seems so!

[A day doesn't bother Tazendra. She didn't have plans and... it was totally worth it.]

I do hope they return my blade, though. It wasn't as if I drew it; that would be a churlish thing to do.

[Prussia rolls his eyes a bit.] There's a reason you don't take a sword or a gun with you to the bar!

[Best way to lose a weapon or start a war.]

And be without a blade if I am challenged to a duel? That would be shameful.

[Tazendra doesn't object to wars, though she understands she has a duty to not start wars without permission.]

[Jim, meanwhile, is sitting on the floor against the bars with his head tipped back. He's used his phonecall, so now all he's got is time. He's not going to be winning any awards for patience, this boy, but honestly? Despite being annoyed that his bar is trashed, and his natural disinclination to trust authority, the fight probably did him some good. He's calm, relaxed. Every once in a while he lifts a hand to check the swelling that arcs from the edge of his cheekbone up to his eye socket, but really? He's not that chuffed.

As Prussia walks by, Jim glances up at him and then snorts, looks away. He's got one leg drawn up and his arm draped over it, bouncing his hand in an off-beat rhythm.]

You call that excitement?

[Sorry Jim, Prussia's mood is too perky right now. He turns to look at him with a really satisfied grin.]

Well, it wasn't an international incident, but I still managed to have fun. It's not like anyone was going to get really hurt from it.

[He sighs, and pinches the bridge of his nose with some gingerness.]

Next time, you mind having fun in someone else's bar? Or at least give me a heads up first so I can hide the good china, christ.

[Sure, the fight was fun and Korra only used a little bit of airbending and waterbending here and there, but being arrested for trying to end it left her with some sour grapes. So Korra's sitting with her back against the wall, arms crossed, and rather unhappy about the outcome.]

This sucks. [Unjustly arrested. Again.]

[but instead of Tenzin... When the door opens, it looks like Mako has answered her call. Granted, it took him a little while, because him and the network... You know, ongoing issues and everything. But when he gets to her, the look he's giving her is just.

A little bit exasperated]

I got your message, and I'm bailing you out.

[hands are in his pockets, the unspoken requirement is that she just. explain exactly what happened, and how involved she got in this bar fight.

And if she started it herself.]

[Trying not to look too surprised at seeing Mako, Korra gets up and waves to her co-workers. Now she can bail them out when she gets home, but first-]

Thank you. [Once they're out of the guards' sights, Korra breathes and her shoulders slump.]

There was this huge fight that broke out over something, I don't even know what, while I was working and I tried to break it up. That, didn't go so well. [There's probably more to it, but it's the summary she knows off the top of her head.]

...I wasn't sure if you got the message or not. [It did take a little while.]

[well, okay, at least she didn't start it. He exhaled.]

Sorry, I came as soon as I got it.

[the other question he had was... well, why she'd call him first. Asami or his brother would've bailed her out too, and probably would've noticed the message sooner.]

So they arrested everyone to break it up.

[He and Toro had just been hitting a couple bars to have a couple of beers and see if there were any girls on the circuit that night to flirt with (or talk about possibly flirting with them). They hadn't exactly meant to get involved in the bar brawl, but Bucky's never been able to resist a good fight, and he often drags Toro into trouble along with him.

So he's sitting in the cell looking rather gleeful, nursing a big bruise on his face and scrapes on his knuckles. It's been a while since he's seen a good fight, after all.]

That was a hell of a night.

I hope it was indeed worth it, since you're going to be spending quite a bit of time inside that jail because of it.

[Someone ain't exactly proud. And that someone is simply sitting in a nearby chair, reading and with no intention of bailing anyone.

It only took you weeks to end up here Buck.]

[Needless to say, when Toro had called Jim, Bucky assumed their pal would be bailing them out of the drunk tank. He did not expect Jim to show up with a book and sit down to not bail them out. Bucky slumps against the bars, face pressed against them pathetically and arm reaching out in the perfect image of a whiny kid in time out.]

Aw c'mon, Torch! You can't just leave us in here! We didn't even start it, we're totally innocent.

[Jim might or might not be enjoying this a bit too much. And also not looking at Bucky, because he knows the moment he does he's lost- there's a reason Toro got everything he wanted. Puppy eyes are his secret weakness.]

I would believe that if this was the first time you'd gotten in trouble. Would you believe this is actually making me feel nostalgic?

[Toro's got the makings of a black eye and his little finger on his left hand kind of stings. He wonders if he stubbed it from punching the one guy in the face. But Bucky is looking pleased and Toro might be more exasperated than happy, but it was a lot more fun than he expected.]

Sure, sure. And to think when it started I wanted to leave. [A bit of sarcasm there.] What was I thinking?

I dunno, you always wanna bail out when it starts to get fun. [He grins broadly and punches him lightly in the shoulder.] That was a hell of a fight! Criminey, I ain't got a workout like that in a while. We'll have to go back there sometime.

Closed to Jim and Pike

I hate you... [ It's spoken between his knees as McCoy sits on a cold, hard bench beside Jim, stuck in jail like a miscreant. This certainly isn't the first time he's been thrown in jail--Hey, may be a doctor, but he's only human, damnit!--and Lord knows it probably won't be the last time, but at least he generally has a reason for being hauled in.

Now he's just a victim of circumstance, a victim of Jim's circumstance! He even got clocked in the jaw for all his troubles trying to tell the police that he was the owner of the bar and that he was trying to break everything up. Apparently that translated to assault on an officer, so here he is! Falsely accused and with a growing bruise to boot! ]

You don't hate me, Bones. You're disillusioned by my excellence.

[Jim, on the contrary, sounds downright cheerful. He's a little dinged up, of course, but he's never been one to shy away from a few bad bruises and maybe a cracked rib or two. Nothing the good doctor can't fix, right?

At least, if they hadn't confiscated his medical supplies.]

You know what I also hate [ He doesn't even bother acknowledging Jim's smartass comment and continues to bulldoze right over him. ] When you try to turn somethin' genuinely shitty--Like me bein' falsely accused!--into somethin' to laugh about. If it looks like a pile of shit, Jim, and it smells like a pile of shit... It is. And I still hate you.

Now we can't even get decent medical attention as criminals! Which is also bullshit and against any code of ethics I've ever seen! [ Yeah, McCoy's yelling at you assholes outside the bars! You better be paying attention! ]

[ Wild Tiger paces the confines of his jail cell like a predator in a cage. Like a very whiny scrawny predator with chicken legs and a big mouth. His face is busted rather nicely: a split lip, a cut over his left cheek, and a nice shiner.

He's not sure if his misplaced anger is toward the people who wrongly hauled him in or just a defense mechanism against the fact that Bunny wasn't too thrilled that he had to come bail his partner out of jail after a bar fight. But, Bunny would see it his way, right? He's head of Brazen Turtle's security! He wouldn't just whip up a brawl for no reason! Although, he certainly might break things... Which he had. That poor pool table. ]

[Avoiding arrest had been easy enough, mostly because, as someone just doing his job behind the bar, Barnaby had been able to talk his way out of getting hauled off along with everyone else. With so many people trying to break things up, Barnaby knew getting involved would only add fuel to the fire, so he wisely kept his distance. It was just as well, too. With Jim gone, someone had to make sure that mess got cleaned up.

And besides that, someone needed to bail Kotetsu out.

Honestly, the things he wound up doing in this place...

When Barnaby finally arrives, he persuades someone to let him see his partner. Soon enough, he's standing on the other side of the cell. He can't quite see the extent of Kotetsu's injuries yet, but at least the man is walking around.]

They should be letting you out soon.

[That's the only greeting he gets for now.]

Bunny! [ He comes right to the bars, holding them between his big hands. His victorious grin, however, changes to a squawk at his partner's crappy news. ]

Soon? What?! What about now? you're here! Can't just you, you know, pay and then BAM! I'm free!

[Well, if there's anyone who doesn't deserve to be in jail, Clara would vote herself extremely high on the list. These police don't seem to listen to reason at all. Which is why telling them she wasn't involved in the fight didn't stop them from tossing her into a cell. She's a little roughed up but is otherwise unharmed.

Currently, she's in a rather fierce argument about how her shoe is definitely NOT a weapon and that any hitting with it was done in self defense. She's in the cop's face (as much as she can be) and is slowly backing him up against the wall as she rounds on him. Finally, they relinquish the shoe and she stomps back to the back of the cell with shoe in hand.]

Completely bloody ridiculous.
