Characters: Annabeth; Zatanna, Vanessa, Ororo, Bryn, Soranik
Date: Today/Tomorrow idek??
Location: PLACES
Situation: Teaching Annabeth how to normal girl
Warnings/Rating: T overall, talk of sex
[When you have spent literally over half your life at a camp for training demigods how not to die in the mortal world, it's really not all that surprising that Annabeth is bad at normal nine times out of ten. There's just usually other things she'd rather be doing. Like poking at her laptop. Reading a book. Knife practice (not that she isn't already good, but it never hurts to spar, and she very much enjoys the 10:2 ratio of victory over Percy right now). Research of any or all kind, and she hasn't stopped drawing buildings even here.]
[So please ladies. Come to her suite, knock on her door, and kidnap her away for shenanigans and girl times, and don't take no for an answer!!]

ZATANNA
no subject
[Not quite impromptu-high-dive-while-high-on-Turtle-magic good, but she wasn't complaining. For the first time in a long while, things were starting to go right in her life. After-life. Dream life. Whatever this was, it didn't suck today, and she was determined to share this unsucky-ness with somebody whom she felt was in desperate need of sharing.]
[And who was it precisely behind Door Number One? None other than her favorite demigod on the whole Turtle.]
Annabeth? ...Percy?
[Honestly, there was a good chance of either of them opening the door.]
no subject
[So when she does open the door, her face is a little worried. It dissipates quick enough, though, because one glance at Zatanna's face tells her this is anything but a business visit. Her concern shifts into confusion, though not necessarily in a negative way.]
Zatanna? What's up?
no subject
Got any plans for this evening?

VANESSA
slips right on in here, on time and everything :|
And hey, she has Annabeth, who actually knows the truth about her when nobody else does. So when she thinks about actually hanging out with someone and not do the creepy loner thing that she's been doing for a few months, Vanessa finds herself standing outside of the other girl's suite and knocking.
:| Because, gurl. You need to come help her feel like she's not a loser.]
i see no lateness here
[Except she is, and when she at last opens the door, there's a moment before recognition of Vanessa standing there replaces the distraction previously on her face. She's vaguely rumpled. Her hair is kind of a disaster, and even though it usually is, it actually manages to look a fraction worse right now. She idly tugs at the hem of her shirt.]
[There's another couple seconds before finally:] Hey. [It's mildly confused and curious?? She's not unhappy to see Vanessa, just surprised because unexpected.]
damn right B)
Still, she blushes, glancing away quickly.] Uh. Hey. I can come back later? [You know. To give you more time to grind against your boyfriend or whatever.]
no subject
[Instead she shakes her head, taking an awkward step back.] No - no, it's fine. Do you want to come in? [She makes a vague gesture behind her, where Percy can probably be seen off in the living room sitting with a rather smug and self-satisfied look on his face.]

ORORO
no subject
One thing, though. A girl can't have a shopping day without a boyfriend to lug things around or a girlfriend to share it with. And, sure. Rogue's around, but... It's complicated. Like, well and over a year's worth of complicated, so Ororo is on the hunt for someone that she can hang out with that doesn't trigger all that old baggage. New baggage. That baggage.
Annabeth's her target. Young Allies brought them together and showed that the girl has a good head on a her shoulders, but it also gave insights to a rough life. Rough lives? They need breaks, so with Ororo on the hunt for an easy day, she's going to target someone else that deserves it.
Which may be why she knocks on her suite door. Hard. Then stands back, hands on hips, and waits for it to open. She looks 100% serious, like she may even be here on business, but that's because she's here for the most serious business of all: GIRL HANGOUT TIMES.]
no subject
[And when Annabeth does open the door, her book is still in hand, and Ororo is standing there looking kind of intense. She's instantly a little on guard, wishing her knife was latched at her hip, but alas, it's resting on one of the tables.]
What's going on? [Definitely looking behind the other woman, to see if something's wrong.]
no subject
[Her tone is grave, but her next statement might not ring the same warning bells off.]
You won't need the book. And make sure you're in good walking shoes. This'll take hours at least.
no subject
What will take hours? [The extra time to analyze leads her to believe it's not nearly as dire as originally suspected. Especially when nothing comes barreling after either of them.]

BRYN
[Finally, after reassuring herself for the millionth time that this is the best course of action for what she wants and needs to do, she steps up to Bryn's door and knocks.]
no subject
And, seeing it's Annabeth, she smiles.]
Well hi, how's it going?
no subject
Hey. Um, pretty well. I'm not interrupting anything, am I?
no subject
[Her smile fades a bit, if only to make room for an expression of supposed long-suffering.]
Which of course means I'm grateful for the interruption. C'mon in.
[She steps back, giving Annabeth room to walk into the suite if she likes.]
no subject
[But she nods, stepping inside. Her eyes dart over the room, half out of habit in casing her surroundings and half out of a sudden need to just look at everything; anything moving might get special attention, and she doesn't mean it to be rude. She's not entirely aware she's even doing it. So there's a bit of a delay before she actually vocally responds.] Thanks.

SORANIK
[She's meandering her way back to her suite, but in true Annabeth fashion, she's thinking about everything that happened more analytically rather than just... going with it. The route home is memorized, so she's basically lost in thought and not entirely paying attention as she takes it.]
hahahahahahaha late what late
It's near the end of the day that she catches a glimpse of a familiar face - and while Soranik isn't one for social chatting on a regular basis, simply wishes to check to see if Leo will remain... how he is. ]
Annabeth.
slow fucking clap
Hey. What brings you to Metal?
SHUT UP
[ Which Soranik thinks is a good enough explanation as any for both counts. ]
